We accept wire transfer, ACH transfer and cashier checks deposited directly to our bank account. We do not accept credit cards.
We’ll provide shipping alternatives through our logistic partners such as DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx. You can choose the option that best fits your need. Your orders will be shipped the next business day upon receiving full payment. Orders will be shipped under Ex Work term (buyer pays for shipping fee).
Yes, we do accept small orders. Typically, we like to receive orders $5000 or more. But we can always work out something for you if you have smaller orders.
Shipping time will depend on the shipping option you choose. We’ll be providing multiple alternatives and ETA.
Lead time for each order varies on a case by case basis, depending on the brand and amount of your order. We’ll specify when you place your order.
Making changes on your orders is possible. Please send your inquiry to our service team as soon as possible. The earlier we receive your request, the better chance we can successfully update your orders.
Return and refund are only accepted if the goods arrive damaged, not in the condition described, or missing. Buyer should let us know within 5 days of receiving the orders of any defects or products missing .
Generally, we need 30% deposit to place the order and the remaining balance before releasing your order.
